The world is, I mean. Bottom-up. Maybe that’s just me not understanding? It doesn’t surprise me that there are people who are stupid and/or evil. The surprise is, the others not voting them out of office, passing legislation outlawing what they’ve been doing, and sending the ones who don’t stop to prison.

But anyhow, I got some amusing photographs at a local garden that are, um, reflective, wanted to blog them, picked the obvious title, then the paragraph above came out. Don’t forgive me. Weird times, bad craziness, etc.

In an upside-down world, reasonable people won’t be. Eventually. I hope.

Calm water helps me calm down. Try pointing your camera at it sometime.

Hi Tim

I've been following your blog for years. I liked your recent photos and your upside-down theme. I have have taken photos like that and sometimes find it interesting to invert (i.e rotate 180 degrees) the photo. That makes it doubly inverted and sort of like an image the real world but not quite. Like your up-side down theme, another metaphor for today's world - not all is at is seems to be.
