NASA is puzzled, but I think the solution is obvious.

This is a picture of the mysterious ridge encircling Saturn’s moon Iapetus. Look guys, you grab the top half with one hand and the bottom half with the other and unscrew it. Inside you will find the Solar System’s largest chunk of Silly Putty.
