We have an old pear tree whose crop varies year to year in size and quality. This year, it’s going to be big, so we hope it’s good.

It’s not just the pears, the cherry tomatoes are bustin’ out too. These are really tremendously good, each one an explosion of flavor in the mouth, and the best place to eat them is standing right by the bush, surrounded by the distinctive smell of tomato foliage.
